Learn the art of Water Dancing with Game of Thrones star Miltos Yerolemou!

Boy, did I miss being able to catch up with all of you at Con of Thrones. As I’m sure many of you will agree, skipping 2020 was tough (as necessary as it was due to… you know, the worldwide pandemic.) But — don’t fret! Before conventions can return safely, Watchers on the Wall is happy to announce Con of Thrones has a nice treat for all of you: virtual Water Dancing workshops with Miltos Yerolemou! Yes, the First Sword of Braavos himself.

Fan-favorite Game of Thrones actor Miltos Yerolemou (Syrio Forel) will lead virtual Water Dancing Workshops in partnership with Con of Thrones, the premier convention for fans of Game of Thrones, A Song of Ice and Fire, and the epic worlds of fantasy author George R. R. Martin. Beginning in January, group and one-on-one sessions will offer fans the opportunity to learn sword fighting techniques from the First Sword of Braavos himself.

Three types of sessions are available, with prices starting at $25 for the large group, up to $100 for a one-on-one workshop. Tickets will be available for purchase Thursday, December 17, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern. For more information, visit ConOfThrones.net/water-dancing.

Large Group Workshop
(January 16, 2021, 1:00 PM Eastern)
The large group workshop will be held webinar-style, with Miltos providing instruction for about 40 minutes, followed by an approximately 20-minute Q&A with participants.

Small Group Workshop
(January 23, 2021, 1:00 PM Eastern)
The small group workshop is limited to ten participants and will be an hour-long group call, most similar to in-person Water Dancing Workshops. All participants are encouraged to join via video to get the most out of their experience.

One-on-One Workshop
(Mid to Late January)
One-on-one participants will get the ultimate experience, learning from Miltos himself in this hour-long individual workshop. Participants will also receive a recording of the session after its conclusion.

As for Con of Thrones 2021, we’ll remind you that, from August 6-8, 2021, you may join some of the biggest fans, actors, and creators at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. It will feature panels, interviews, discussions, workshops, and more, all packed into an epic three-day weekend! Additional special guests and additional details will be announced at a later date.
