WiC Weekly: April 17-23

Time for our final WiC Weekly before Game of Thrones Season 6 starts up! Let’s see what was on the docket for this past week. First up, yet another character not seen in seasons is coming back for Season 6.

The final teaser for Season 6 portends bad things, so it’s business as usual in Westeros.

HBO teases the Season 6 premiere, “The Red Woman,” with a whole heap of photographs.

Even this late in the game, we’re still getting news about casting, or re-casting, as the case may be.

“The Red Woman” will kick off Season 6, and these next two will follow.

The cast predicts how fans will react to “The Red Woman.” “Oh my god!” “Oh damn!” “Hodor!” and so forth.

HBO wants every eyeball it can on the Season 6 premiere. Hence the free promotion.

Will we ever get a Game of Thrones spinoff? The outlook is cloudy, but there are definitely ideas out there.

David Benioff and Dan Weiss put their all into making Game of Thrones Season 6. Let’s hope it paid off.

Liam Cunningham reveals that, in Season 6, we’ll be meeting someone we’ve only heard of before, and going somewhere we’ve only heard talked about.

And that’s it! All that’s left is the waiting.
