Pardon the over-used expression, but…a marathon is coming. To one London movie theater, anyway.
The Prince Charles Cinema will screen all seven seasons of Game of Thrones back-to-back (to-back-to-back, etc.) beginning on November 27 and continuing without stopping until November 30. When they say marathon, they mean it!
The event is sponsored by HBO, who also has partnered with a London-based pizza chain, MOD Pizza, to provide sustenance during the Long Winter binge. Bathroom breaks are at your own risk, though.
Tickets for the event are free, although space is limited and registration is recommended. Registrations can be made via the Prince Charles Cinema’s Facebook page. It may be bittersweet to re-live the whole series again when Season 8 is reportedly so far away, but at least it’s something to kill time while we wait.
