With so many shows featuring zombies, serial killers, and supervillains, the death toll was bound to be high. These are the TV characters who bit it in 2015, presented in alphabetical order. (SPOILER ALERT for basically every TV series.)
Aiden (Colin Woodell), The Originals
Once Aiden made plans to flee New Orleans with his boyfriend, Josh (Steven Krueger), it was obvious something terrible would happen. And lo, soon after buying a bouquet of flowers, he had his heart ripped out by Dahlia (Claudia Black).

Blanca Alvarez (Naya Rivera), Devious Maids
Like so many of the titular maids on Lifetime's soapy thriller, Blanca knew too much. She was kidnapped and eventually hanged by Sebastien (Gilles Marini), who was trying to frame her for the murder of Louie Becker (Eddie Mills).

Alvin's weak heart gave out for the last time — just after he moved into a new apartment across the courtyard from his family. His death nearly led Bonnie (Allison Janney) to relapse, but Christy (Anna Faris) was able to talk her out of it.

Angelique (Jonny Beauchamp), Penny Dreadful
Dorian Gray (Reeve Carney) shared his bed and his biggest secret — that cursed painting — with Angelique. And then he poisoned her, because intimacy is not really his thing.
