About the song

This song is a tribute to the reviewers at the PA Theatre Guide who put a lot of thought into writing their reviews.

“Theatre Guide Reviewers” Song

Verse 1: The house lights dim. The curtains open.  You watch a show.

How did it go?  The Theatre Guide readers want to know.

Chorus: You can make a difference if you write about your thoughts,

On how the show made you feel.  How did it come across?

A critic’s job is to report on what they see and hear.

Is this a must see show that readers should attend this year?

Verse2: With pen in hand. Write your review.  Let your thoughts flow.

How did it go? The Theatre Guide readers want to know.
