This is actor Maisie Williams. She plays Arya Stark in Game of Thrones, which is a show you might of heard of, and she's also pretty damn awesome.

Yesterday it was announced that – among Game of Thrones' TWENTY THREE NOMINATIONS – Maisie has been nominated for an Emmy for her role as Arya.
