Kit Harington spoiled Jon Snow’s fate for Andy Samberg…kind of

Okay, technically Kit Harington’s publicist spoiled Jon Snow’s fate for Andy Samberg, but either way: it hurt.

It’s a bit odd to think that Kit Harington and Brooklyn Nine-Nine’s Andy Samberg have a working relationship, but they’ve actually done a few projects together. They costarred in an HBO mockumentary called 7 Days in Hell, where they played rival tennis stars, and they presented together at this past Sunday’s Emmy awards. That’s Harington fake-proposing to Samberg above.

After the Emmys were over, Samberg stopped by Conan and talked about what it was like working with Harington on 7 Days in Hell. The experience was pleasant, except for one catch…

That had to have sucked. Still, if you hang around with Game of Thrones actors, the risk of being spoiled goes up. Acting is a dangerous business like that.

As long as we’re talking about funny stuff, YouTuber Cycle put together this little film about what it’s like to go up against Game of Thrones at the Emmys.

I’m not actually sure what the movie is trying to say. That Game of Thrones decimates the competition? As we all saw, Maggie Smith actually beat the likes of Lena Headey (Cersei) and Maisie Williams (Arya) to walk away with the Outstanding Supporting Actress statue, so maybe it’s something else. Whatever: it’s well-edited.

Speaking of Headey, you’ll note that she wasn’t present at the award ceremony. Remember what happened the last time she didn’t show up to an event?

Also, here’s what Game of Thrones would look like as an SNES game, since we knew you were wondering.

HalloweenCostumes.com wrote a description to go along with this never-made game (and several others).

You thought he was dead, but Jon Snow is back for Game of Thrones VI and things are getting crazy. This game follows the events from season 6 of Game of Thrones leading up to the epic battle between Snow and Ramsey Bolton. There’s even a Hodor bonus game!

I’m sure that kid-sized me would have been all over it.

Finally, here’s the trailer for 7 Days in Hell, if you’re curious.
