Possible Major Cast Member Sighting in Spain, Plus Costume Upgrades

Please be forewarned, this is another spoiler filled post. Turn back now while there is still time and hope left for you to somehow read this site and yet not know every last thing that happens in Game of Thrones Season 7.

No, seriously.

Seriously, it’s been a long time
Since I’ve heard spoilers from thee
Since you dropped me a line

Are they going to tell us spoilers?

Are they going to tell us spoilers?

Ok, still here? Let’s go.

Emilia Clarke mania is reaching a fever pitch in Spain. Meanwhile, Missandei debuts what could be the new House Targaryen Outfits. With Tyrion’s arrival only two days ago and then the arrival of Kit Harington on the set of what we suspect could be Dragonstone, fans in Gaztelugatxe are on pins and needles waiting for the final arrival: the Lady of the House, Queen of the Andals, Wearing of Wigs, Poster of Instagrams.

Is she there? Sources swear up and down that she is, but so far our only “evidence” is a three-second video of a car with tinted windows.

Doing better than Kit did yesterday anyway. That Khaleesi’s a wily one.

Meanwhile, her servants are stationed all over the place.

In case we needed confirmation of where we were, I’m pretty sure the Dothraki guards mean we can stop quibbling over if it’s Dragonstone or not.

As for those new House Targaryen outfits:

The first thing you’ll note: pants. Women don’t wear pants in Westeros. I mean, yes Arya did, but only when she was disguising herself as a boy. In fact, it’s why the boy disguise was so easy because clothing in this fantasy world is so gendered. But other than Yara of the Iron Islands, who is basically a different culture than the rest of Westeros, this is unheard of. Even when Dany has worn pants for riding with the Dothraki horde, her tunic is always extra long, so as to give the impression of a dress.

This does no such thing. Is it because of Yara’s influence? Is it because, as someone who rides dragons on the regular, Dany wanted to formalize the rider wear of the Dothraki for women leaders in Westeros? Is it a combination of the above? Whatever it is, the outfit on Missandei is an absolute stunner. I hope this means (if Emilia Clarke is really on location as people are claiming) by tomorrow morning, we’ll have a shot of her version of this outfit.
